[ANNOUNCE] zsh 5.7.1 available

I've tagged 5.7.1 final and uploaded the artefacts to:

https://sourceforge.net/projects/zsh/files/

The notes and documentation on the Web site should update shortly as well.

This release contains fixes for the two regressions reported with VCS_Info and
prompt colour sequences.

@pws: When you have the time, could you please upload to zsh.org for me again?
I'll post to -users and -announce afterwards, assuming nobody finds any other
issues with it. Thanks!

Where can we get the PGP key that this release is signed with
(AE8CBBC4)? It doesn't seem to be on the key servers.

It's on the MIT server (pgp.mit.edu), but i've sent it to one of the default
ones (pgpkeys.co.uk) now too. I have trouble reaching those due to,
apparently, some kind of IPv6 problem.
