No, it's this, in Src/system.h:

#if !defined(RLIMIT_VMEM) && defined(RLIMIT_AS)
# define RLIMIT_VMEM RLIMIT_AS
#endif

So RLIMIT_VMEM *is* defined, and is not the same as RLIMIT_RSS, and ...
