By a strange coincidence, a publisher just sent me an unsolicited copy of a HP-UX 11 internals book in the hope that I'd read it and post a review on Amazon. However, there are no index entries for anything resembling "dlopen", "dynamic library", "shared library" or "shared object". If you can think of something for me to look up, let me know.
