Most of it is just moving stuff around, so it can be assumed correct if Sven W. described it accurately in the first place all those years ago. The part that's most likely to be inaccurate is my attempt to explain the "--" inuition magic better, particularly the stuff about the -i and -s options and "helpspec" vs. "normal spec". In any case I've gone ahead and committed it.
