I think it'd be a nice addition to zsh. For example, suppose I want to be notified when the process "foo" terminates. I'd like to be able to do % watch $(pidof foo) and continue about my business, and later zsh would say something like foo exited at 8:10AM. % Is this feasible? :) -- _ ____ Joe Fouche (jf@ugcs.caltech.edu) ___| |--- Deranged College Student --ZGiS0Q5IWpPtfppv Content-Type: application/pgp-signature -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: 2.6.3i iQB5AwUBM62jZ3JgYOdk+W8JAQEsmQMfbp4tOUlsSnaTPeTzDNseWOhpQgZyIE/x p0+PeaeLxbs88ZeFrWdvWOnvnzLXO/qgSuyRx2128iZBzsdGY7WAaq960DghA6xP t0iErMKPESdSnpbBbPMvPWFzSehKWtn69xCaZA== =HWN8 -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --ZGiS0Q5IWpPtfppv--
