This patch fixes the "_cvs/arguments/-A" problem on the _cvs side reported in
zsh-workers:16376.  There is a minor fix for "cvs log -R" which is not
"recursive".

Also, I've made a change to _perl to complete the arguments for a perl script
with _normal.
