Would it be better to do something like this

(PATH=/usr/local/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin:/sbin:/bin:/usr/X11R6/bin
; rehash; print $commands)

or glob for executable files in that path or is there a better solution?
