Hi Alexey,

The tags are already annotated, in fact they are signed (which
automatically creates an annotated tag).

    $ git tag -v zsh-4.3.17
    object 5063db9e8b260864c1527f6cf44b4376546f9b09
    type commit
    tag zsh-4.3.17
    [...]
