[patch] Update web links

[Matthew Martin <phy1729@gmail.com>]

www.zshwiki.org and mirror.dejanseo.com.au no longer resolve and
www.cs.elte.hu seems to have not been updated for nearly a decade. While
looking at URLs, update http to https where it's accepted. If it's
preferred I can split the patch in two.
