That occurred to me too. Really it ought to go in $(datadir)/zsh
(usually datadir is $(prefix)/share), but putting it an
architecture-dependent directory won't hurt, and allows for certain
future changes.
Putting the contents of Etc/ into $(docdir)/zsh would also be nice...
