I run the test 1000 times, with about 5% failure (Mac). If I commented out 'zpty_flush After zletest', then 2/1000 failed. Then I changed 'read -t 0.011' to 'read -t 0.02' and got 1000/1000 success. On FreeBSD, I got 1000/1000 success only by commenting out 'zpty_flush After zletest'.
