On macOS '' comes before 'a', while on Linux it is between 'i' = and 'j'. I don't know why '<' is not used for sorting on Linux, but if = is replaced by , for example, it is listed between 'b' and 'c' on Linux. It would be sufficient to replace by any string whose sort = order is more stable across different OSs.=
