You mean besides /usr/include/pcre.h which is already found? 
'libpcre3-dev' is installed. Maybe it will take another Debian user to 
know what to do.  Or is this important at all? One doesn't like to see 
any defect in 'make check', but I know that some of the checks are not 
vital.
