Apply the latest patches from the testing subdirectory of zsh ftp sites
(zsh-3.0.3-test5.diff.gz for zsh-3.0.2 and zsh-3.1.2-test1.diff.sh.gz for
zsh-3.1.1), or wait for a new release.
