PATCH: pws-25: history search

PATCH: pws-25: history search

In versions of zsh up to 3.0.6, \M-p is bound to history-search-backward,
and so on.  Zefram changed this when the history search behaviour changed
in 3.1.  However, now it's back pretty much the way it was --- I didn't
follow all the discussion, but if I remember right there are only a few
rare cases where it to differs.  So as I already suggested we could put the
history-search bindings back the way they were.
