Here are some more index entries, and some missing dependencies for the
texinfo manual. I still hope to have time to look through the entire
manual for errors and omissions. However, you typically don't notice
something's missing from the index until you go and look for it, so I would
appreciate more suggestions.
Some of the texinfo node names are a little to generic for info, e.g. the
node `Initialization' means completion system initialization,
`Installation' means zftp installation. Also, the long index entries make
the indexes a bit messy, but it's hard to be descriptive enough otherwise.
(Apparently you don't use the plural `indices' in the case of indexes.)
