I take great pleasure in announcing the first bug report for zsh 3.0.0:
the configure script still checks whether sh's echo understands escape
sequences, even though zsh no longer depends on that information.  And
it doesn't use the cache.

I left this check there because it may be useful later.  It does not use the
cache because it is fast enough.  I know that the cache can also be used to
override the detected default but since it is not used it will not be a
problem now.

Fine.  I can see it being a little confusing, that's all.

Am I right in thinking that I have the first zsh-3.0 installation
outside Hungary here?
