www.zsh.org is down for me, too.  I viewed it via Google's cache (It was 
last crawled on Dec 14, with the latest patch as of Dec 5):

My point was just that that's the up-to-date patch archive, AFAIK (not 
the one at the retired zsh.sunsite.dk).  patches.shtml was linked from 
http://www.zsh.org/mla (and it's #1 for the query: zsh patches).
