* install.info failure in latest CVS

Making install.info in the latest CVS, I get the following error:

    ./tzsh.texi:23586: Node `User Contributions' lacks menu item for `MIME Functions' despite being its Up target.
    ./tzsh.texi:23607: Menu reference to nonexistent node `MIME functions' (perhaps incorrect sectioning?).

I've commited the following patch:

This still leaves a warning:

    tzsh.texi:20360: warning: unlikely character ] in @var.

I know next to nothing about texinfo or yodl, but if I had to guess I
would say the following patch would work:
