Well - it was just a quote error.

Try:
cvs -d :pserver:opk@sunsite.auc.dk:/pack/anoncvs login
<enter your password>
cvs -d :pserver:opk@sunsite.auc.dk:/pack/anoncvs co zsh
It should work just fine. Do not use yuor email address as login name.
