Hi,
I noticed in the news yesterday that Lucent have announced that they are trying to save money by laying off staff etc.
My sympathies to anyone concerned. Does this news affect anyone near to plan9?

i heard that PathStar had been cancelled and that 5-10%
of the staff would be fired, but research would not be
affected. i got this from two reliable sources.
