Plan 9 fossil installs from a CD end up with a fossil configuration
that does not open 'main'. This causes scripts like
/dist/replica/network and pretty much every fossil-related hint from
the wiki to fail.
Is there a reason why we can't include 'fsys main' in the default
fossil configuration on the Plan 9 cd?

Why not just put fsys main into the commands that need it?
I'd rather tell people about fsys main than have them get
confused when all of a sudden they end up on fsys other
and can't figure out what's going on.

the one place where it's needed the most is /dist/replica/network,
especially for those who just downloaded the distribution...
i'll change the Wiki as best as i can. perhaps a note in the man page
about the significance of main and other may be a good idea too.
