that GWAVA noise is KIA.

on [lots of] reflection this filtering is:

    1. hard to get right [NPROC]
    2. difficult to test
    3. resource consuming
    4. a serious waste of my time [which i have a lot of]
    5. if you're gonna do it you need 'interlocking fields of fire'
    6. kill everything, except people you like [white list]

i'm thinking 9grid.  i'll just import nets i like.
