Down for me as well, seems there's only one A record that solves for
plan9: 135.104.24.16 which is unreachable at the moment.
Probably all we can do is wait? At least I am not aware of any mirrors.
P.S.: They have a /16 allocated in their range, do not know why they
don't put a couple of IPs as mirrors :-(
