geoff has merged some changes i made to ether82563.c to support
all currently-shipping intel gigabit pcie controllers.  this includes
intel 82566 mm/dm/v, 82571, 82572, 82573[ev].  all of these chips
save the 82566 are in production use.  82566 is untested.  the intel 82572 is
built into the intel pro 1000/PT adapter which is ~$35 at tiger direct.
the 82573 is part of the bearlake chipset.

i've seen up to 120MB/s/port AoE throughput on these cards with
jumbo frames, so the hardware's pretty fast once you figure out
which of the three billion option are important.

to take a look.
