I've posted a couple fixes to wrap/inst on the 
update page, in a .tgz file like last time.
You'll want to install them before installing
the current update (and if you've already installed
the current update, still install this).
The fixes, having happened today, are in neither
the update nor the full package dated yesterday.

I've fixed a bug in the up-to-date check
(thanks to Richard Miller for pointing it out)
and also changed inst not to chmod/chown 
directories that already exist during the
extract (thanks to Steve Arons and Richard
Miller).

I've also made it a bit more idempotent, so
that installation of an update twice produces
sensible behavior.

If you've already extracted yesterday's update,
you probably need to chmod 775 /usr/you/tmp
(a side-effect of the chmod bug).
