if you open multiple mailboxes, it can happen that deleting msgs
from one of them will end up deleting them from another instead (!).
change /acme/mail/src/mesg.c:/mboxname to fsname
change /acme/mail/src/dat.h:/mboxname to fsname
move that line in dat.h after mailboxdir too, if you want.

I'm not up to date with sources, so this may have already been fixed,
but my acme mail just broke and acid pointed a finger at
/acme/mail/src/html.c:70, after which "body" is not tested to see
that it's non-nil, so formathtml got handed a nil body and eventually
write got handed a nil buffer.
