Try making that
sys=cejchan
ip=147.231.118.21 ether=0020af4b53f9
dom=cejchan.gli.cas.cz
Notes:
- the key name is always ether, not ether0 etc.
- the value of key should be in lower case
- ip and ether conventionally appear on the
same line, so that things work if you have
more than one of them.

Still not working, but .... oooooooops! ......my card is 3C509, not 3C589. This might matter,
or does not it?

or i watch as the system boots up; if it finds the card,
it shows the address (but strip out the :)
