Can someone with inside knowledge let me know what is being used to
generate the plan9 papers/documentation linked from

http://plan9.bell-labs.com/sys/doc/index.html

I'm interested in the details as I'd like to use similar tools to maintain
my personal documentation, generate html/ps from the same source
files.

the document sources are in /sys/doc.
the rules for generating .html files are
in the mkfile.  we use ms2html, which
is a troff substitute that generates html.
