tcpserver on unix gives you something sort of similar to aux/listen

the tcp7 equivalent is

	tcpserver -RHl0 0 7 /bin/cat

the tcp9 equivalent is

	tcpserver -RHl0 0 9 sh -c 'exec /bin/cat >/dev/null'
