Hi,
either ctime(2) or the source in /sys/src/libc/9sys/ctime.c tm2sec.c
is incorrect. The man says that /env/timezone is
timezone specification (NAME LONG NAME LONG\n), optionally followed
by altenrate time pairs, but the code is written so that the
minimum required is (NAME LONG NAME LONG\n\n), otherwise an
error is reported and the timezone is not set.
