When I create a new window in the ports acme,
and I already have a stack of windows that are shrunken
to just the tag at the bottom of the column in which
the new window is created, the tag of the new window
is created probably at the bottom of the stack of tags,
which is invisible below the bottom of the acme window,
and the mouse is warped to where its resize box would
be if the acme window would have been bigger: to a point
some 10 lines or so below the bottom of the acme window.

I find it somewhat difficult to believe that this is the
intended behaviour (at least, I do not find it very
practical: first I have to move the mouse to the
resize box of the lowest visible tag, and then I have to
click multiple times until the tag of the new window I want
is finally visible. I have not recently read acme
man page or paper, though, I'll admit that righ away.)

If it is intended behaviour, just tell me.
Otherwise, if I can help to track this down, let me know.

Axel.
