Yes, when the disagreement is about technically interesting things, or
even about the colours chosen for the windows and why.  And when the
disagreement is expressed politely with justification.

But not the gobby name-calling that c.o.plan9 often descends into these
days.

Plan 9 can keep growing without c.o.plan9 being like all the other
social groups you've participiated in.  ;-)
