Moin,

I use sam under freebsd and try to load 200 files with "B < find .
-name '*.tex'". Sam gives me "string too long". Ok, but sam `find .
-name *.tex' from the command line work perfect.

Is that a limit in the sam command window?

you are trying to slurp up a large 'string' into sam.

sam strings have a limited size.
