Just started adding support for my 852/855GM chipset Intel graph card,
and after adding the device id under the i81x software (kernel, aux/vga
and /lib/vgadb), I end up with a blank screen (no display at all). Is
anyone else working on something similar, or seen a reason why this
chipset should be any different from the rest of the Intel i81x line?
Thanks,
-George

AFAIK 81x and 85x are completely incompatible (different designs).

From what I saw of the linux driver, the 85x cards looked like they ran
under the 81x code.
