hi,
do we have those roffbib - sortbib - addbib - indxbib - lookbib - refer utils to work with troff bibliographies?
if not, what do *you* prefer to use?

I think what I use is "bib". There´s a paper somewhere about
"imprecise citations" or something like that describing how it works.

There's a port of refer on sources in contrib/forsyth/refer.tgz .
This provides indxbib and refer from your list, and these are what I
use (although half the time it's the groff versions on UNIX).
