added but I used unknown.219 because we already had
218 for tajikstan.  Anybody mind if I just go ahead
and rename all the unknown.###'s that correspond to a
country to unknown.xx where xx is the country code?

Forget I asked, I just did it.  The unknowns for
countries are just unknown.cc where cc is the
country code.

If I ever get bored later, I'll do the same with
domain unknowns.  The numbers really were stupid.

Tiit Lankots appears as 'unknown' in faces, so i took the 5 minutes to
convert an estonian flag i found on the net into a face icon, attached
here.

If there are no objections I will send it to Presotto for inclusion in
the standard face lib on sources.

To test:

	- save the image in /lib/face/48x48x8/u/unknown.218

	- edit /lib/face/48x48x8/.dict and add:

		ee/unknown		u/unknown.218

	- start faces and run 'vwhois testing@somewhere.ee'

the number '218' is chosen somewhat arbitrarily -- it's just the next
highest in the unknowns in u/.
