binaries are in the free part of the inferno distribution.
the source may even be there too (i don't remember).

yes, the source is available, under Vita Nuova's free
software licence, along with the (then) current versions of the
Inferno compiler suite, which is a portable version of the (then)
current Plan 9 compiler suite.
