i don't need to fixate the CD, just be sure that writing was successful
(e.g., that the image fitted onto the disk). I'm quite happy with unfixated
cd's.

[    from man cdfs: Copy the tracks onto a blank CD inserted in the drive,
and then fixate the disk as an audio CD.

      cp /tmp/songs/* /mnt/cd/wa
      rm /mnt/cd/wa
]

is writing
        cp cd.iso /mnt/cd/wd || echo ERRRRRRORRR writing CD
positively sufficient to know that the cd was burnt okay???
