On booting from floppy I get:
PBS...
apm ax.................
using fd0!dos!plan9.ini
dev A0............
dev B0............
dev A0...............
dev B0................
then nothing else. I can't see anything at
http://www.cs.bell-labs.com/sys/doc/install.html to indicate what to do
next. As suggested at plan 9 download3.htm I have already
downloaded the file system and have copies both on an ext2 filesystem
and a CD-ROM ready for the boot process.

I should have added that control-P will reboot, so it looks as though
the boot program hasn't crashed, it just doesn't do anything.
