spam on 9fans

There has been a lot of spam passing through 9fans,
enough that, for example, my own subscription tends
to auto-disable every few months due to the many
bounced spam messages that the list server could not
deliver.

I have shuffled things around a bit, and it should reduce
the amount of spam getting through.  If you see any
problems or suspicious behavior, please feel free to
mail me directly (rsc@swtch.com).
