I might have made damage to /dev/sdC0/other, because
I got wrong magic number error when I tried to to open
it. Can I make it repair without destroying another
partitions?
And one more, can I re-dispatch disk/prep command to change
one of the partition(slice) od it without affecting others?
Of course, I use same numbers for start and end sectors for them.

If you use disk/prep it will only reconfigure the partitions you edit.
