Hello,

I haven't been able to collect three (magic #) PCs for a Plan9 network. So,
I am wondering if a combination of a cpu-server and a separate file-server
can be accessed using drawterm from other systems (running Solaris,
Linux etc.)?

Is there a HOWTO for setting up a file-server? I am aware that quite
a few people are running such a machine. If I recall from 2nd edition
case the file-server was populated from the CD on a terminal machine.
As there is no such CD now, how can one do that?

I understand that one has to build a file-server kernel, put it on a
floppy, boot with this floopy, configure the file server but how to put
the files (distribution) on it?
