possibly me being a stick-in-the-mud, but so far the /ur ideas seem to be
adding new rules with special cases, mountpoints that happen in magic
ways, exceptions to things that shouldn't have exceptions (newns), and so
on. It's also adding two "special" names (/ur and #) where there used to
be one.

So far the simplicity of # seems a bit nicer.
