assert failed: b->nlock == 1
fossil 44: suicide: sys: trap: fault read addr=0x0 pc=0x0002b5af
had to reboot the system (it didn't crash, but I wasn't able to run any
commands, naturally)... the machine was up for about 5 days or so.
writes to fossil go through /dev/fs.
what's the best way of reporting this?

sorry! i hate it when i give incomplete information.
when that happened i was doing a sweeping rm -rf * on a two-level
subdirectory. after the reboot it shows only half of the files being
deleted.
