[9fans] NVidia TNT troubles.

I just tried putting in a 16 MB NVidia TNT card in my plan9 machine but
aux/vga complains.

   aux/vga: nvidia: segattach nvidiammio, size 16777216: bad arg in system call

and then of course rio can't start. 'pci' says:

   1.0.0:  03.00.00 10de/0020   5 0:e4000000 16777216 1:e60000008 16777216

Any ideas? TNT should be supported.

Yeah I saw that one. But I checked my src and the check is
 >= 20 in my vganvidia.c.

And the error message isn't the same. Is 16 MB to much perhaps?
It complains about the size.

And do I need to recompile the kernel to make sure that i
have the latest vganvidia compiled?

That did the trick! I thought the kernel got recompiled more often.

Now plan9 boots fine with the TNT-card.
