When generating the ISO all directories in the vesa dir, in rsc's contrib
dir, are bind(1)'ed over the corresponding directories in /sys/src/9/*, of
the CD dist image and the files are not there. Is there a reason for inc-
luding the missing files?

the only reason you might want to fix this is that the installer decides 
that the copydist step has failed. 

So, you might want to fix the manifest or just add in the files.
