What's the favorite flavor for rs-232 multiport cards of plan9 users?
I'm going to put a console server up.

make sure it acts like a dz-11.  some of those damn cards
are interrupt per char.  i may mean dz-kmc.  but, as van halen
said:

    Can't Get This Stuff No More

I'm using the Perle PCI-Fast4 card that contains 4 ordinary serial
ports.  /sys/src/9/pc/uartpci.c drives all the PCI-Fast cards and
there are 8- and 16-port versions, though they use stranger cabling
(the PCI-Fast cards all use proprietary cables as I recall).
