i needed a bit more than the script pci(8) could
give me, such as pci capability info. msi vector
info, &c. here's the result.

/n/atom/plan9/386/bin/pci
i think the standard kernels disallow anyone but the
host owner from reading the pci raw files, so changing
its mode to 644 is necessary for this to work.
