I have posted on sources a new shell script, /rc/bin/ipso,
to automate the editing of secstore and aescbc-encrypted files.
It should make it easier and less error-prone to manage your
keys.

It's documented in secstore(1). Comments welcome.

Does anyone find the new default behaviour for ipso to be less than optimum.

iirc it used to be that 'ipso file' loaded the named file from secstore for editing

now I have to tell it 'oh by the way, when you've finished editing that file for me, please do not flush all by factotum keys, thanks'. It seems that a specific task has superseeded the general. Surely one flags special cases, not the lack of them?

comments ?
